On the 24th April 2024, the Council posted a statutory notice relating to Pensford Field.  The Notice alerts interested parties to the Council’s

intention to grant a lease of the Nature Reserve land and a tract of land to the north with an area of circa 6,046.3 square metres (65,082 square feet) for a term up to 10 years for use as a nature reserve to be enjoyed by the public and for use by people with mental health needs and the general population to improve their mental wellbeing

All interested parties have the opportunity to comment on this notice until 22 May 2024.  The full notice can be read here.

A copy of the draft lease proposed by Richmond Council can be found here.

We will report any further news as soon as we receive it.
