The Brentford walk will encompass the old and the new, taking in the river and canal-side development, the High Street and The Butts.

Your Guide, Shirley Newton
Your guide, Shirley Newton, has been a teacher for many years and now specialises in enabling foreign adults to discover London. She has led walks from Richmond in the west to Bow in the east, and all points in between.
We will start and finish at The Watermans Arms on Ferry Lane, TW8 0AW, leaving at 7pm on Thursday 10th July 2025.

Brentford Walk
This members-only event is not only a chance to enjoy a fascinating part of West London but also to support a vital cause. The walk is in aid of Refuge, the charity providing life-saving support for victims of domestic abuse.
