Parks Customer Satisfaction Survey

Richmond Council has launched the Biannual Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2015 to run from the 19th Oct – 8th Nov 2015.

The aim of the survey is to assess overall satisfaction within our parks and highlight any areas for improvement. It will help the Council understand what residents would like to see, and inform spending on park improvements to reflect the views and life style choices of local residents, current and potential park users.

Posters containing a link to the online consultation will be displayed on parks notice boards and in nearby community space.

Council Staff will be visiting parks conducting on-the-ground questionnaires between the 26th Oct – 6th Nov. See timetable Park locations 2015.
